How does the process work?

Accepted Answer

1. Select your required size of tree
2. Place it in your basket and pay via our secure Stripe payment platform  (don't forget to add a stand to your basket if you need one) being sure to specify a 'safe place' for the tree to be left in case you're not home.
3. You'll receive a confirmation email stating your delivery window
4. Our delivery team will deliver your tree to your home

What type of trees do you supply?

We supply premium quality, UK grown Nordmann Fir trees. The UK's favourite Christmas tree variety known for their beautiful, soft needles and excellent retention, A Nordmann Fir will look fantastic throughout the festive season.

Question 3

When will I receive my tree?

Accepted Answer

You can select a preference December week in checkout.

Here are our order date delivery guarantees;

Orders placed before 6pm on 23rd Nov are guaranteed for delivery by 30th Nov.

Orders placed after 6pm on 23rd Nov, and before 6pm on 30th Nov are guaranteed delivery by 7th Dec.

Orders placed after 6pm on 30th Nov, and before 6pm on 7th Dec are guaranteed delivery by 14th Dec.

Orders placed after 6pm on 7th Dec, and before 6pm on 14th Dec are guaranteed delivery by 21nd Dec.

Please get in touch if you need to book a specific date for delivery and we will do our best to accommodate!

Question 4

What if I'm not home?

Accepted Answer

No problem! Simply specify a 'safe place' when you place your order and our delivery team to leave your tree there; for instance 'Next to garage' or 'Behind side gate'

Question 5

Can I specify a date and time for delivery?

Accepted Answer

This is possible to arrange, though we cannot guarantee we can do this for everyone (we aren't Amazon!) - please get in touch via the chat function on our website with your requested date/time and we will do our best to accommodate this. Additional charges may apply.

Question 6

Can the delivery team bring my tree inside and set it up?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately our delivery teams can't enter your property, they can only deliver to your garden, driveway or specified safe place.

Question 7

How much money goes to the Hospices?

£5 from every tree sale will go to one of the Hospices

Which Hospice will the donation go to?

Accepted Answer

Dorothy House Hospice will receive the donation from trees purchased in the postcodes listed  below;
SN10, SN11, SN12, SN13, SN14, SN15, SN16, BA1, BA2, BA3, BA4, BA11, BA12, BA13, BA14, BA15

Prospect Hospice will receive the donation from trees purchased in the postcodes listed  below;
SN1, SN2, SN3, SN4, SN5, SN6 6, SN6 7, SN8 2, SN9 5, SN25 1, SN25 2, SN25 3, SN25 4

How does collection work?
