What type of trees do you supply?

We supply premium quality, UK grown Nordmann Fir trees. The UK's favourite Christmas tree variety known for their beautiful, soft needles and excellent retention, A Nordmann Fir will look fantastic throughout the festive season.
How much money goes to the Hospices?

£5 from every tree sale will go to one of the Hospices
How does the process work?

1. Select your required size of tree 2. Place it in your basket and pay via our secure Stripe payment platform (don't forget to add a stand to your basket if you need one) being sure to specify a 'safe place' for the tree to be left in case you're not home. 3. You'll receive a confirmation email stating your delivery window 4. Our delivery team will deliver your tree to your home
Can I specify a date and time for delivery?

This is possible to arrange, though we cannot guarantee we can do this for everyone (we aren't Amazon!) - please get in touch via the chat function on our website with your requested date/time and we will do our best to accommodate this. Additional charges may apply.
Can the delivery team bring my tree inside and set it up?

Unfortunately our delivery teams can't enter your property, they can only deliver to your garden, driveway or specified safe place.
Which Hospice will the donation go to?

Dorothy House Hospice will receive the donation from trees purchased in the postcodes listed below; SN10, SN11, SN12, SN13, SN14, SN15, SN16, BA1, BA2, BA3, BA4, BA11, BA12, BA13, BA14, BA15 Prospect Hospice will receive the donation from trees purchased in the postcodes listed below; SN1, SN2, SN3, SN4, SN5, SN6 6, SN6 7, SN8 2, SN9 5, SN25 1, SN25 2, SN25 3, SN25 4
When will I receive my tree?

Orders placed before 6pm on 26th Nov are guaranteed for delivery by 1st Dec. Orders placed after 6pm on 26th Nov, and before 6pm on 3rd Dec are guaranteed delivery by 8th Dec. Orders placed after 6pm on 3rd Dec, and before 6pm on 10th Dec are Guaranteed delivery by 15th Dec.
What if I'm not home?

No problem! Simply specify a 'safe place' when you place your order and our delivery team to leave your tree there; for instance 'Next to garage' or 'Behind side gate'
How does collection work?

After the festive season, we will send you a reminder to book in your sustainable tree collection in association with Dorothy House and Prospect Hospice. Find out more here. You can read about previous years collections here.
